Return & Refund Policy | LB and SK Design Shop

At LB AND SK DESIGN SHOP, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below.

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
   
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
   
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
   

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
   

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
   
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning.
   

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or personalized products.
   
• Digital or downloadable items.
   
• Clearance or final sale items.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
