Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lbandskdesignshop.com, and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LB AND SK DESIGN SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and your local authorities.
